Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds and cancellations for online payments will be handled in accordance with the applicable Razorpay terms and conditions and PrintDesk's service policy. Successful payments for services already completed may not be eligible for a refund. In case of duplicate payments, failed transactions or services not delivered, customers may contact PrintDesk for assistance and applicable refund processing. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method, subject to payment provider timelines.
